Description: It’s totally okay to get started on an exercise program or any other positive change in your life with small steps. The point is to keep going. And small changes at the start are especially important when we consider how many of us live in situations where we’re likely to be too sedentary too much, or don’t get to use our bodies in their full range of capabilities. Get started however you can, and keep at it as well as you can. Success tends to create more success.
