Get Addicted To Success

Most of us are fairly responsive to pleasure and to feelings of accomplishment. There’s no rule that says we can’t apply those feelings to our progress in self-care, exercise, fitness, body change, or anything else. Using ‘addiction’ in a broad sense, we can get ourselves addicted to habits that help us feel better in all parts of our lives. And in fact I highly recommend giving it a try.
